We are very pleased to offer online reservations at both of our institute locations. To use our online reservations system you must register with our guest care team in either location and receive a user name and password. If you already have this information you may begin reserving appointments by selecting the location below.

• If you are interested in reserving your appointments online, please use the form below to request  your own personal ID number and password to use when you log on to our online reservation site. Our Guest Care team will process your request and send you an e-mail within 24-48 hours.
Please note the school is closed (for services) on Sunday and Monday. Requests submitted on these days will be processed on Tuesday.

• Education Commitment We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of a 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. If the 24 hour notice is not given we reserve the right to withhold online reservations, and telephone booking, of any future appointments, whether it be for an individual or for a group. This will allow us the opportunity to better serve our students in fulfilling their education service requirements. Thank you for your continued support. *except in the event of an emergency
• Please note that all appointment changes or cancellations must be made through the Aveda Fredric’s Institute Guest Care desk, either in person or by phone during our regular business hours.  You MAY NOT cancel or change an appointment through the Aveda Fredric’s Institute online reservation service.
• Some services require special attention when reserving appointments.  Certain booking situations cannot be scheduled online.  We are currently offering Hair Services for online reservations. We hope to offer additional services in the near future. If you are having a challenge reserving an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that the service or service provider is not available. In this event, please contact our Guest Care Team and they will be happy to assist you with these appointments.
